These terms apply to all users of the site and all clients purchasing goods for export. Mipaanta Exports serves as an exporter of Fruit Powders.
General

Products and Specifications
•We strive to ensure that product descriptions and specifications (technical data sheets, COA) are accurate.
•However, as many products are natural or commodity-based, slight variations in colour, texture, or composition may occur.
Clients are encouraged to request samples prior to bulk orders.

Orders and Pricing
•Quotes: All price quotes are valid for a specific period (usually 7-14 days) due to market fluctuation.
•Currency: Unless otherwise stated, all transactions are in [USD / EUR / INR].
•Order Confirmation: An order is considered confirmed only upon the receipt of a formal Purchase Order (PO) and/or an Advance Payment.
Payment Terms
•Payments must be made via Bank Transfer (T/T) or Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) as agreed upon in the sales contract.
•Goods will not be dispatched until payment terms are satisfied.

Shipping and Delivery
•Incoterms: All shipments are governed by the agreed Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW) as defined by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
•Timeline: Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith. [Company Name] is not liable for delays caused by customs, shipping lines, or Force Majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, political instability).

Inspection and Returns
•Inspection: The buyer is entitled to inspect the goods prior to shipment (Pre-Shipment Inspection) at their own cost.

Limitation of Liability
Mipaanta Exports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order.

Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
